2. Product Description
The Intermediate rolls are widely used on some tough stands of hot rolling mill, such as BD stand and blooming stand to perform with excellent strength to avoid some rolling accidents. Meanwhile, it is also a good choice to work on the cold rolling mill as backup roll and work roll. The whole process form melting, casting, forging, heat treatment to final machining and packing is under control of LONSUN Metallurgy Machinery Corp quality system.

Feeding → Forging → Tempering → Finish machining → Test→ Quench → Annealing → Conditioning → Coarse griding → Fine grinding→ Test → package transportation

Samples: Normally we do not offer free samples, but we could properly adjust according to detailed requirement.
Shipment: For small order, Express will be the best. It takes only 3-5 days after we sent via Fedex or DHL. The freight can be to collect via your express company account.
For bulk order, sea ship way is best but take longer time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport or by Express send to your door.
